Precise Family Health LLC

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, I’m Judene Roache, founder of Precise Family Health in Sunrise. With 24 years of healthcare experience and nine years as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, I believe healthcare should feel personal, accessible, and unrushed.

We provide self-pay primary care for individuals and families, including preventive and sick visits, physicals, medical weight management, telehealth, and convenient in-office diagnostics such as EKGs. Commercially insured patients are also welcome to use our self-pay services. I see patients locally in Sunrise and provide telehealth to eligible patients in Florida, Connecticut, New York, and Texas.

I’m also a woman of faith, a mother, and an entrepreneur who enjoys serving and connecting with others. I’m excited to join the Greater Sunrise Chamber, build genuine relationships, support local businesses, and help our community grow healthier, one family at a time.
